Dr. WANG Yen Huang received his PhD from the Institute of Education, Monash University in Australia during 1990-1991. He has been a teacher at Dafeng primary school in Taipei, and the lecturer for a government project. His major publications focus on the research of Vocational Education in Taiwan, and cultural policies in both Australia and Taiwan.
