Mr Liu is one of the founders of Shanghai E.E Media Co. Ltd. Shanghai E.E Media Co Ltd is a new model media company wholly-owned by Hunan Broadcasting Corporation .

Mr. Liu is leading Brand Development Department in Shanghai E.E Media Co. Ltd at present, carrying out TV entertainment content's branding and product merchandised in business, responsible for research in Hunan TV channel and TV entertainment content in order to realizing company's development direction.

Mr. Liu is a distinctive representative of young generation of Hunan Broadcasting Corporation. Mr Liu had involved in various key events in transformation of Hunan TV industry: he participated and pioneered in Hunan TV packaging revolution, received the Silver Award of Chinese TV Packaging Award. He witnessed set up and expansion of Hunan Entertainment Channel.
