The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has been organising ACCF since 2003, to provide a premier platform that brings together Cultural Ministers in the region. ACCF aims at promoting cultural co-operation and exchanges with different places, and has established its reputation as a signature cultural co-operation event.
