About ACCF

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (the Government of the HKSAR) initiated the Asia Cultural Co-operation Forum (ACCF) in 2003 to foster regional cultural co-operation and promote culture and arts industries.
The Forum aims at:
Fostering and enhancing partnership between governments.
Facilitating and promoting wider participation in culture and the arts.
Enhancing Hong Kong's profile as the cultural hub of Asia.

ACCF has established its reputation as one of the signature cultural events of the region, and received highly favourable feedback from international and local participants.
